Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions once your request is reviewed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
